Being a teenager is very good position. Your parents are responsible for you. You do whatever you want. Sometimes teenagers are stressful because they can't normally communicate with parents or friends. As a result of conflicts, they try to rebel. It is very rare to see a normal teen with a normal behave, but most of them are crazy. At this age, teens have many problems such as boring lessons or strict and unpleasant teachers.
My opinion is that people must make decision about future careers when they are 14-18 years old. Also, they need a 1 year of gap between a school and a university. It might help them to relax and think over. Of course, there are another difficult decisions such as moving to another city to the better university or staying at home with parents, but studying in bad university.
Nowaday, the most popular way of hanging out is a meeting in a big company and doing something. I don't think that lonliness is a problem because for every 100 teens there are only 1-2 lonly.
Usual teens' hobbies are doing sport, such as football and basketball, or watching films. The most favourite genres are horrors and comedies. Speaking about books, most of teens read only school poems and stories. I don't know if the lack of reading is a huge problem, because I am not a fan of books. I don't like reading useless for me information. Speaking about infrmation, the main source of searching information is internet. There you can find whatever you want.
I think that teens need to have pocket money, because they need to know how to spend ( not to waste ) money. The way of getting have a huge differense. They will never know the "real price" of money, if they will not work by themselves. I am pretty sure that teens need to work. It will help them in future life. Kinds of job might be different. It may be and cashier and manager. As I suppose, teens spend money on defferent interacctive such as fastfood, cinema, gadgets, etc.
What about generation gap? I don't even want to talk about it, because it is inevitably. Many teens and adults have different life wievs. I think that family is the most important part of teens' life. Next important part is friends. Teens' lifestyle is the same with their friends. I don't know what is framily but I can suppose that it is when friends became as a family. I don't like such new and strange words.
As I already said, being a teen is very good, because you don't have any responsibility
